About This Project
In partnership with Mark Beffort, Roy Oliver and Jimmy Irwin, renovations are complete on the seven-story, 40,000 square foot historic Pioneer Building located in downtown OKC. The finished building is anchored by Frates/Irwin with a restaurant and retail on the first floor.
