About This Project

In partnership with Steve Hurst of L3 Investments, the 110,000 sf abandoned shopping mall in the heart of the central business district was purchased in 2013. After completing a $22 million renovation, the property is now the corporate headquarters of OPUBCO/Daily Oklahoman with other tenants including Mahogany Steakhouse, YMCA, Café 7 and others.
