OUR TEAM

Andy and David Burnett

Andy and David Burnett have been involved in real estate for more than a decade and specialize in value-add acquisitions, development, and downtown mixed-use properties with a concentration on public private partnership deals with various national and local public entities including HUD, Brownfields, DEQ, ODEQ, Department of Commerce, COTPA and OCURA.

Collectively, the Burnett’s have brokered over $1.2 billion in commercial transactions and acquired numerous properties personally. Both have earned prestigious CCIM designations, have been recognized as “Forty Under 40” business achievers, and received multiple “Costar Power Broker” awards. The Burnett’s have been involved in numerous trade and charitable organizations including ULI, ICSC, CREC, Whiz Kids, City Care, Bill Glass Prison Ministry, and Boys Ranch Town.
